ZillowVERIFIED Becky Webb has done a tremendous job with preparing and selling my inherited house. Becky coordinated the estate sale, obtained quotes from repair contactors, and selected the most qualified. She also scheduled the labor and monitored their progress, making adjustments as needed. Becky went far and above with these upgrades, suggesting modifications to the kitchen island and even picking out the countertop material and color. The kitchen was the show piece of the home. After the upgrades were complete, she aggressively marketed the home with many open houses and showings. Becky was always available for questions and was quick to notify me of any feedback, issues, or changes in the market conditions. You are not going to find a better realtor than Becky Webb.

Throughout the whole buying process she was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had, we were constantly updated on the whole buying process. As first time home owners we were not familiar with the process or terminology and she made sure to take the time to throughly explain each step and process! Becky provided exactly what I needed for the ultimate professional experience in helping me (a first home buyer) find the perfect home despite me not being able to be there in person. She helped me every step of the way, from finding what features I want in a home, to the final closing process with no trouble. We were even able to find a bank that could fit the 30-day closing window set by the relocation service seller! Becky did a video walkthrough of several houses and the one I picked left no surprises when I finally arrived in person. Everything she listed, good or bad, was there and I sincerely appreciate her honesty. She even did property walk-arounds after large storms to check for flooding as I was unable to move in immediately after closing. She knew the market well enough to explain how to best show the house, how to maneuver the price (especially during a epidemic) and how to encourage traffic to increase interest in the property. I knew going in that my house would be a hard sell but she was patient, diligent and insightful throughout the entire process. She constantly kept me grounded, provided the advice I needed to hear and was flexible throughout the entire process. Always there, always clear and precisely what you need in realtor.
