ZillowVERIFIED when we first decided to list our home and purchase a new one, my wife and i agreed that if we called a realtor and set up a showing, and realized they were a "this home is perfect for you" with a salesmans grin kind of realtor, we would move on and forget their number. we needed a realtor that would help us through the process of making the biggest purchase of our lives to be a person we trusted and respected. we wanted that person to respect us, and take the time to find a home that would match our "needs" list. what a rare thing that our first call led us to rebecca thate! we have sold and bought our two previous homes with her skill and expertise guiding us. we recommend her to anyone and everyone we hear is thinking about negotiating the real estate market, because she stands out above many who want to just make a sale, collect their commission, and move on. her professionalism and keen eye for possibilities as we looked at homes in mankato and new ulm, were exactly what my wife and i were looking for, and exactly we all want in a realtor. if you don't feel like hugging your realtor when you finally get to that closing date, you picked the wrong realtor, you should have called rebecca thate.
