She negotiated fairly and was more than willing to do whatever I needed. She went to the property for the home inspection and final walkthrough when I couldn't be there. ZillowVERIFIED The best decision we made when selling our home was calling Rebecca Spires. From start to finish, she was there to answer any questions and always returned phone calls and emails quickly. At the start of the process, Rebecca completed a very in-depth Comparative Market Analysis and looked at our property in detail showing us what would need to be done to it and how to price it correctly to get maximum visibility. After the work was done she advised us how to stage each room so her professional photographer could capture our home in the best possible light - I was amazed at how incredible the photos turned out! All of this happened rather quickly so we could get our listing up before the spring market started to cool off. While it was a bit stressful at times, Rebecca was always there to offer a helping hand. She assured us that the hard work would pay off, and it did!
