I've sold a few houses and have yet to work with as helpful and willing an agent as Rebecca. Our sale was complicated as I don't live in North Dakota, so I had to rely on Rebecca to meet various parties (i.e., cleaners and donation centers) at the house in my absence. She did a great job staging, photographing, and marketing the home, as well as helping to coordinate the clearing and cleaning of the place, understanding my constraints of not being local.
