She was wonderful. Got a quick sale with no inspection for my cousin. The development is in bad repair and I was afraid the sale would take much longer, but Rebecca knew the area and priced the house right for a sale within less than 1 week. She recommended a service to clean out the house and property, put on new door locks, was totally hands-on every step of the way. Terrific.
Rebecca is a wonderful realtor and a caring person. At a time that I was very stressed about selling my house she was there to give me the facts while also assuring me that she would smooth out all the bumps in the road. I counted on her and she was always there, most times answering her phone on the first ring--she was amazing! I would recommend Rebecca to anyone looking for a realtor.
