ZillowVERIFIED We decided to move to the area and while on vacation, I did search online for a real estate and sent my contact to Rebecca. She called me back in a very short time and we spent at least 30 minutes talking about what we wanted to do and I asked her many questions about the area, schools and how it would be to move to Sneads Ferry, NC from up north. She was very knowledgeable and calmed my fears for me and my family. We finally met Rebecca and went through multiple properties in new and established developements. She even came with us on a Friday night after we called her 1 hour earlier, to few a property we were very interested. She was able to give us a very good Idea on what the monthly mortgage payment, utilities etc. to give us a good idea if we could afford it. Well She was pretty darn close. She recommended a couple of lenders to try, when we asked her, since we were not from here. While we went through a difficult process to get a loan and purchase the property from the builder Rebecca was always available and helped answer questions and went to bat for us with the builder and loan officer. My wife and Rebecca would talk for long periods of time on the phone and in person. She never rushed us. She was with us the whole step of the way. I can't say enough about Rebecca and my wife and I see her as our friend after during and after our process. I have worked with many real estate agents in my life and Rebecca hands down is the best one I have worked with. She is even working with my son on a rental or new property. If you are buying new or used property would would be mistaken not to have Rebecca as your real estate agent.

ZillowVERIFIED Rebecca was very accessible; she responded quickly with answers to my questions. If she didn't have the answer she was persistent to call the necessary person to get the information. She was personable and really got to know our needs and what we were looking for in a property. She sent an email on the morning that this particular property dropped in price and asked us if this might be our new house. She helped us all the way through the buying process with not only the skills that I rated above, but also with personal care and even encouragement when I was stressed about the details. Rebecca loves her job and helping people; I think that is what makes her above the rest and a great person to work with!

ZillowVERIFIED Rebecca is amazing g to work with. We were moving from nj to nc to purchase our first home. She was there every step of the way, and then some. Met us at all hours of the day and night. Went above and beyond. We had a particular loan type , and they were very difficult. Rebecca helped us go through it, step by step. And when the first mortgage broker we spoke to was not doing their jobs, and prolonging an already difficult transaction, Rebecca let us know things weren't being done properly. She in turn, connected us to another mortgage broker who was able to fix the 1st company'scompany's mess, and get everything done in a very short amount of time. She's hands down the best realtor I have ever had the pleasure of working with . I have since referred my best friend, that moved here shortly after us, and my parents to rebecca as well. If it wasn't for Rebecca, we probably would not have gotten our house.
