Not only was she crucial to getting our offer excepted on our first home, she was able to sell that same house three years later in one weekend for over the asking price with multiple offers. The buyers ended up being incredibly nitpicky, but Becky's grace and skill allowed us to continue in the escrow process and close the deal. She was responsive, on time, flexible, and gave me and my husband so much peace of mind. So fast forward 6 years we wanted to sell our current home and find our forever home. We knew right away who we wanted as our Realtor. So we called Rebecca and we gave her EVERYTHING we were looking for in our forever and it was not an easy list especially in our budget we wanted to stay in. After many homes tours and views. We finally found one our family fell in love with! The transaction started off super smooth and easy until Labor Day two days before closing escrow. Things were happening that were out of our control, which would of made us homeless. Since we have 2 large dogs that are breeds that are not welcome in apartments.
