ZillowVERIFIEDI have SO many amazing things to say about Rebecca. We were three siblings / co-home owners looking to sell our beloved family home. Even though none of us live in state anymore, and the property had more hurdles-to-sale than the typical home, Rebecca excelled at facilitating projects around the property. Projects ranged from carpentry, cleaning, photography, inspections and so on. She went above and beyond to respect our special house, give us great advice, was always quick to respond, and best of all, made sure that we got what our home was worth! She is kind, and friendly, and professional. I am SO glad we were referred to her and her knowledgable and talented team, because without them, we wouldn?t have been able to sell so quickly and effortlessly. Thank you, for the massive effort you put into our family, we couldn?t have chosen a better Realtor!
ZillowVERIFIEDRebecca was fabulous to work worth. Incredibly professional and knowledgeable. She helped us navigate a purchase that involved complex financing with a construction loan through a local credit union. She was patient and persistent in our search and then firm and resourceful during our purchase negotiation. Rebecca was also able to connect us to excellent service providers for inspections, legal, and renovations. Hope to work with her again and can recommend her without qualification.
ZillowVERIFIEDRebecca was instrumental in guiding me through a sale of a property from a trust. We had issues ranging from flood insurance to litigation to holding vacant property through a tough winter. I felt Rebecca was responsive, knowledgeable and had good instincts. She was also pleasant to work with.
ZillowVERIFIEDWe worked with Rebecca Mayer, both to help us buy our current house and sell our old one. In every way she was outstanding. She had a deep understanding and knowledge of the local market and excellent judgement in advising us throughout the whole process of both buying and selling. She was also extremely professional in every way, responding promptly to questions and concerns. I highly recommend her and would be more than happy to work with her again, if the need arises.
ZillowVERIFIEDWe worked with Rebecca in both selling our old home in Pawtucket and buying our new one on the East Side of Providence. Despite sometimes complicated negotiations, Rebecca was at every moment reliable, professional, knowledgeable and smart. She has a rare combination of personal qualities that make her a truly outstanding real estate agent: she is warm and personable, but when the situation warrants, she can get seriously assertive and tough. Shes exactly the kind of person you want at your side.Rebecca is special in that she genuinely wants whats best for her clients. As a result, she focuses on getting you into the right home for you rather than pushing for a quick transaction. She is also extremely knowledgeable and very capable with home pricing. Despite the tough real estate market of early 2013, we received three offers above asking price on our home on the very first day of the open house. This was seriously unusual in our neighborhood at that time.We feel extremely lucky to have worked with Rebecca. There are not a lot of people out there who have her combination of warmth, integrity, patience, intelligence, and no-nonsense assertiveness. The next time we need to buy or sell a house, theres no one Id go to but her.
