Review This is the second time we have used Rebecca in purchasing a property. The first time we got lucky with her. This last time, we knew we wanted to use her again. She guided us through 6 property showings and three offers. She kept a positive attitude through 2 failed offers and didn't give up on finding the perfect home for us. She was always available, too. Never had to wait to get a response from her. The third offer was accepted, but not without much craziness from our lender. Rebecca kept us sane and worked closely with us through the entire process. This second purchase of ours was a lot different from our first purchase because many variables were at play. At closing, she was on top of a few different issues that arose. She was professional, quick, and very knowledgeable in what was needed to be done. We just watched her in action. Review Early April this year we decided to buy a house, we liked a house and tried to schedule a tour through Zillow thats how we got in touch with Rebecca.To be honest we had only little knowledge about the process behind purchasing a house and mortgage. First call with Rebecca lasted more than a hour she patiently explained me the entire process and gave me some homework to read up :).In the coming weeks we learned more about the entire process and we started touring multiple houses with Rebecca. In a post pandemic volatile market its challenging to get exactly what you want, especially in an acceptable price range. We had to make some adjustments and find that non negotiable factor in our new home. Rebecca always says "I am here to give you the information" then she gives us space to make the decisions. From the start, she was extremely knowledgeable of more than just homes in the area, but the entire purchasing process from making an offer, getting our mortgage, all the way up to getting our keys on closing day. Review We could not have asked for a better real estate agent than Rebecca. Her knowledge and passion for the business is top notch. Rebecca always went above and beyond in not only our search for our first home, but also in the buying process. Even in this crazy market, with a busy schedule, we always felt like a priority. As first time home buyers, we had so much to learn and Rebecca was ready to teach! She always had our best interest and gave us as much information as possible, even if it was outside of her usual job responsibilities. Our case is special and they said RARE, I guess you can say, and Rebecca has helped us through it - every step of the way. She made our dream house happen! So, here are some reasons why we most definitely recommend her for you.I'm about to drop a long review, so here's a summary first, just in case:1. She is very KNOWLEDGEABLE about the area she is selling. She sells in five counties of NJ.2. SHE CARES ABOUT HER CLIENTS. She really does. It's not just about selling for her - it's really finding us a home. 3. She has AWESOME PEOPLE to tap if you need anything, especially if you are a first time home buyer like us.4. She's VERY HONEST and EASY TO TALK TO. 5. She will GUIDE YOU every step of the way. ---To start off, we are first time homebuyers with an average budget. And we were looking for a two-bedroom condo or a house. We know nothing about the process, except that we have our own lender and that we know our budget. When I first talked to Rebecca, I told her all about our budget and what we want in a house. And then, I sent her a tall list of what we want to see, and gave her a short period of time to prepare. She was HONEST FROM THE START - she told us that some of them will go away soon as they are very nice homes with a great price. But we didn't listen and waited for the weekend. And then, we lost the house that we wanted. We learned our lesson and over-prepared this time. I always had a tall list. And she was very informative about everything. She would tell us what the pros and cons of buying this house, or what she thinks about it, or the situation of the neighborhood and how far it is from where we work -- she tried to help us in every possible way she can. So based on the information, we would narrow down the list and pick the ones we really like to see and is right for us.When we finally decided to make an offer, she prepared us on what would happen. Everything that may or may not happen. She walked us through what would happen if the owner accepts our offer. So, the seller accepted our offer! We only have a lender, and we told her that. So she asked us if we wanted her to recommend a lawyer that could represent us, or we'd like to look for one ourselves. We trusted her - IDK, she just gives a warm trusty-vibe! So she connected us with our lawyer. He was very nice, also guided us in everything. She even recommended inspectors - one didn't workout so she gave us another one. On the day of the appraisal, we hit a little road bump about the price of the house, which caused the contract to fall-through. So the house was put back on the market, and then we were back to zero.We were looking for houses for three whole months, that Rebecca and I developed a system already - I send her lists twice a week, and she would call me in the middle of the week to tell me which houses we are going to see on the weekend. She would also send me her recommendations - which we appreciated a lot because we were losing hope, but she was still looking. I ask her about anything I want to know in a certain house, she responds whenever she can. We make offers, the paperworks come at night.. The way she cares about her clients' happiness is amazing. We made a few offers but none of them got accepted. We were prepared to give up. I think she saw we were all struggling. She asked us about our lender, and she asked if she could recommend someone else. What happened was, our lender was not local to NJ, she told us to shop around more local, expand our horizon. We could stay with our lender then, or hire her recommendation. It turns out, the lender she recommended gave us a better deal. At that point we were about to give up. I checked out the house that we walked away from (huhu) and thank God it was still available! I called Rebecca and asked her if we can come back, with the same offer but different lender. She said, "I'll try to talk to the agent please give me an hour or more". She came back to me with a good news 1 -- she got the house for us again!! and 2 -- she already arranged everything with our lawyer. So our contract was back on!! In the process, Rebecca still guided us what the next steps are and updated us with anything we need to prepare. Three weeks later -- we are home owners!!! Couldn't have done it without Rebecca's guidance, her connections in the real estate world, her knowledge about everything in the process, and her amazing skills in negotiation. I always tell her she's the best because truly she is!!
