ZillowVERIFIED Rebecca had closed deals for me as a buying and a selling agent. She checks off as the best Ive used in the last 25 years. She is unbelievably ethical, professional, kind, and patient. I have bought in sold properties in other parts of the country and no other is closed to Rebeccas level of service. I recommend he to all my friends, associates, and family. She has. Never disappointed any of them. Her knowledge in Dallas is so amazing. She has consistently been correct on the prices that I needed to offer to close the deals. She helped me buy properties all over Dallas County and been very successful. She is a real Gem. I am sincerely grateful to her for her continued service to my associates and I. I wished there would be more Rebeccas in this industry.

ZillowVERIFIED Rebecca has been an outstanding realtor. She's patient and treats her clients as people rather than numbers. Other realtors can be pushy, but she listened to our concerns and strongly advocated for us. There isn't an easier choice to make. If you're looking to buy/sell in the DFW area, Rebecca Hausmann should be the one representing you. Thanks again Becca for a seamless experience!

ZillowVERIFIED I worked with Becca Hausmann on buying a new build. She helped me negotiate the contract with the builder so that I had additional money to use towards the design center and/or structural updates to help keep my sales price under budget, but I didnt have to compromise the finish out or floor plan. We worked together at design center appointments and other meetings to help build my beautiful home. Becca serves as a liaison between the buyer and builder. I would highly recommend her!

ZillowVERIFIED I met Rebecca by chance via Zillow and she is by far the best realtor I've ever worked with. She goes above and beyond to do whatever she can for her clients. She drove from Dallas to Houston just to ensure the documents were never in the wrong hands or lost. Rebecca has a great knowledge of the Dallas area as well as school districts and will not let her client settle for less than the best. Without Rebecca, I would not have been able to find my dream home in the short amount of time that I did. She was always available and ready to help. I was able to buy my first home because Rebecca did the research and homework while I was away for work. I cannot stress enough that she is the best realtor out there, especially for first time home homebuyers.

ZillowVERIFIED Looking for a new home had always been my personal nightmare until I found a person who had impressive expertise, masterful skills and the personal concern to find just the perfect space for the next chapter in my life. Thanks to Ms Hausmann the process was painless, almost effortless and in the end almost too good to be true Anyone can show you a house, describe the amenities and possibly advise you on a few financial points. Rebbecca goes above and beyond to make sure your best interests are at heart and always with your wishes in mind. The experience of finding my wonderful new home was the best of dreams come true. I will be confiding in my close friends currently searching for that next new home, what a true value you will find in Rebbecca Hausman as your advocate .

ZillowVERIFIED I've worked with Becca Hausmann over the years to buy investment properties for rental purposes in areas such as Flower Mound, Frisco, McKinney, Carrollton, etc and she has helped me buy and sell my own personal residences as well. She's always up to date on what is going on in the market and great on recommending minor updates for the house that add great value when it comes time to sell. Very proactive and efficient, which is great with my busy schedule.

ZillowVERIFIED We had a wonderful home buying experience with Becca Hausmann. We are new to the Dallas area and needed an agent who is an expert in the local housing market. Becca is OUTSTANDING and savvy of the local market. Since the first day we talked on the phone, Becca constantly emailed us new listings as they happened and it didn't take her too long to figure out what we want and zero in. Becca accommodated all showing requests in a moment notice with big smile and humor. Once we got the property inspection, Becca was very detailed in identifying repair needed and negotiated to get 90% of the repairs taken care of by the seller. She also negotiated to get us fridge, washer and dryer for free. Becca also went extra miles to track the previous owner and an invoice I needed to get a discount on homeowners insurance and saved me a lot of money. I highly recommend Becca and her team for anyone who is looking for GREAT team of realtors.

ZillowVERIFIED We worked with Becca Hausmann from Mathew Real Estate for our recent home purchase and she was an absolute pleasure to work with. She is very knowledgeable of the local market and guided us through the whole process. Being out of state, we required more help with all the logistics and Becca was more than happy to help us out with this. She also helped us with good references for lenders, insurance agents and even for the process of setting up utilities at the new home. She was available late night, weekends and always kept us up to date on the status. We also worked with Prakash and Robbie from the team and they were also of great help in the process. Definitely recommend this team for any of your real estate needs!!
