We hired Rebecca because she has a well-known reputation for being honest, professional and hardworking. From the moment we listed our home we knew right away we had made a great choice when selecting our realtor. Rebecca recommended a good starting price for our home based on the market with careful considerations for all of our high-end upgrades. We ended up selling our home for almost full price, which for us, was a huge plus and also in a timely fashion. All of her professional recommendations along the way combined with her advertising allowed our home to be seen by many interested buyers. Aside from this she hosted open houses, sent out colored mailers, colored flyers, etc., that ultimately marketed our home very well. More over, Rebecca stopped by the property many times to ensure all things were on-point for showings, seeing as how we live out of the state this was a huge help for us. Her communication was superb and her attention to detail allowed us to successfully arrive at our closing date on-time and error free even despite some of the minor challenges we encountered along the way with the other party involved. If we hadnt had such a dedicated agent to see this transaction through we truly believe our outcome would have been very different.
