ZillowVERIFIED We have moved many times over the years and dealt with many realtors both on the buying and selling our homes. When it was time to sell our Home, we called Reba Roy at Corcoran Pacific Properties She was by far the BEST realtors weve ever worked with! Her professionalism, personality, attention to detail, responsiveness, and her ability to list our home, negotiate a contract , get the price and terms we wanted, and close escrow on time was Outstanding!!! Our experiences have been excellent from start to finish. We highly recommend Reba for any real estate transaction.

ZillowVERIFIED aEURoeA Royal Mahalo to Reba Roy! After dealing with others that made us feel like they were trying to clip us for every penny--- Reba, instead, was extremely flexible and accommodating with the terms of the sale! She was also extra-knowledgeable about the subtle-nuances of our particular area, and it was reflected in the quick success for both the buyer and the seller of our property! As we told both Reba---and their escrow team: We were shocked at how smoothly it went! We give Reba Roy an A++ and Highly Recommend! Larry & Karil , CA and Koloa, HI

ZillowVERIFIED Reba represented my wife and me as buyers seeking to purchase a condo in Kauai, HI. She worked for 3 months prior to our arrival on the island to vet potential purchase candidates and host aEUR~remote tours. She was able to do this during a pandemic when travel to the island was impossible. When my wife and I arrived, we had 10 days to tour condo candidates and make a go-no go purchase decision. Reba organized our tours, answered questions, followed up with sellers and quickly reacted to last minute schedule changes. Ultimately, we found a condo we liked. Reba managed multiple showings of the property and guided us through the offer process. She successfully expedited a deal before we left Kauai. We have since closed on the purchase with her almost daily help and look forward to visiting Kauai again soon.

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I had worked with Reba when she sold our condo in Poipu. She had did such a good job with us previously, we contacted her to help us find another property when we decided to move back to Kauai. She found us exactly what we were looking for. A fixer upper with tons of potential. Unfortunately, we were having difficulty finding a lender to give us a loan as the property that needed so much work. Reba found us the lender and we got the project we wanted so that we can remodel the property to become our Kauai dream property.

ZillowVERIFIED We ground Reba to be very professional, honest, and a great communicator. We really enjoyed working with her and felt she always had our best interests at heart. She took good care of us every step of the way and negotiated the price and terms we wanted when we sold our condo. A Big Thank you to her and her team in handling all the little details so that we never had to worry.

ZillowVERIFIED Reba got the job done as promised. We closed on time. The communication was great. I was very happy with the price in which I sold my condo. She listened to what I wanted and did as I asked when finding the right buyer. The townhouse sold in a reasonable amount of time and everything went as planned. I would recommend other Sellers to contact Reba.

ZillowVERIFIED Reba and her team were excellent. We had failed to sell our Mother's home with another company. We interviewed Reba and her team and hired them immediately. We received multiple offers within days of hitting the market and she negotiated the final offer ABOVE listed price. Great communications, service, and negotiation skills. We felt blessed to have worked with Reba.

ZillowVERIFIED Reba is a joy to work with!!!! With so many choices on Kauai it can be hard to find someone who earnestly has your best interests in mind. Reba is so personable, responsive and helpful I whole heartedly recommend her as your realtor of choice. This is the sixth residence I have purchased in my life and Reba is by far the best realtor I have worked with.

ZillowVERIFIED Did a great job of putting up with a stressed out seller, very patient and understanding. Cant go wrong using Reba as your agent. We had buyers who insisted on a va loan and she helped smooth over all the bumps in the road due to va pickiness.

ZillowVERIFIED I feel I hit the lottery when I found Reba to represent me in my condo purchase. She was always accessible to answer any questions or concerns I had regarding the process. Reba is very pleasant person, easy to work with and quite knowledgeable. I would definitely use her again should I consider buying or selling. You should too!
