ZillowVERIFIEDI really can't say enough about my experience with Reba! After having a less than enviable experience for 18 months with another buying agent, I found Reba. She was like a breath of fresh air and was everything you would expect from a RE agent and some things you wouldn't expect--in a good way! She was knowledgeable, responsive, courteous, reliable, friendly and accommodating. She always had my best interests top of mind and always had my back and was on MY side. She understood exactly what I was looking for as well as my budget, and NEVER had me make offers that were WAY over asking as my past agent had done to me. She made the entire process enjoyable instead of stressful. She made my dream of owning a home again a reality and I also gained a friend out of the experience! I consider myself very, very lucky to have found her and trust me, so will you!

ZillowVERIFIED Reba is knowledgeable, professional and very easy to work with. We had some very specific needs that in todays competitive market made the search complex but Reba was patient and encouraging until we found the right house. She helped us navigate throughout the process and is well networked with other professionals and helped us find a good Mortgage lender and attorney for the contract and Closing process. She provides as much support as needed and is very responsive. I highly recommend working with Reba and will not hesitate to refer friends and family to her.

ZillowVERIFIED As a new potential homeowner, I was not sure what to expect other than someone simply showing me different homes until I found one that I like but Ms. MacDonald gave soo much more. Not only did she show me various types of homes, she educated my then fiancA(C) and I on the benefits of home ownership, how to prioritize what is most important ( non negotiable), and what I think is most important, personally taking time in getting to know the both of us so that she could to provide us with an experience to be rememberedaEUR|An experience that we both would never forget and would be remembered for years to come. Since our purchase in 2019, we have referred family members and friends to Reba. In addition , we have met for dinner and are in communication with each other. We consider Reba MacDonald a dear friend. She will be a blessing to you as she was to us.

ZillowVERIFIED I'm not an easy person to deal with. I tend to require a lot of attention. Reba was excellent at constantly addressing my concerns or excitement at changes along the process. The best compliment I can give her is that she never tried to 'sell' me. If we walked into a house and she thought we could find better in the price range, she'd go right ahead and say it, but did so in a way that didn't put down the current property. She could find the good in any house we went to. Very straight forward. 3 months after the close, she called just to see how we're settling in and making sure we're still happy with the purchase. Wonderful.

ZillowVERIFIED She was amazing! She worked so hard to get this house sold. She devoted so much of her time, even having open houses this winter with all that snow. She always answered my calls and texts quickly. She sent me weekly updates. She is the first one I will call if I sell my current home.
