He went above and beyond, with us living out of town he did multiple video walk throughs on different properties just to make sure it would be something we would want to see in person. Also after choosing our home he made sure to correct some paint issues and make some other small adjustments himself to make sure they were done to our standards. ZillowVERIFIED Brent Williams is AWESOME!!! He helped our daughter find her 1st home and she couldnt stop singing his praises. When we moved to PC, we actually lived with her while my husband and I looked for our own home. We dealt with one realtor, because he was an acquaintance and everyone said we should. After a month and a half of not seeing the 1st home and still jumping through hoops to get approved, we got fed up and called Brent. Long story short, we were pre-approved in less than 2 days and put an offer on a house all within a week and closed in the amount of time we had spent with the other realtor. Since then, he has helped our other daughter and son in law get into a new home and he is currently helping other family members find properties. I will always use Brent and refer him to everyone I know. Hes not your typical sales person which is great. You dont have to go through the typical song and dance that you do with most realtors. Hes real, honest and upfront. Hes the real deal and well be customers for life.

The home we were living in needed to be sold and then we were on the hunt for a new home. Brent made all of this a very easy process. We listed home within days went under contract and the rest is History. Brent was very attentive and answered all questions. I would recommend him 100 times over for anyones selling and buying needs. I asked him to show me many, many homes over a 12 month period. I never felt pressure to buy. I felt that he had a personal interest in making sure I got the home I wanted at a fair price. It truly wasn?t about just selling me a home quickly so he could get his commission. He made sure my needs were met at all times and worked around my schedule rather than me working around his. He helped us each step of the way to ensure we felt comfortable and understood what was happening. We asked so many questions, to the point where I felt as though any normal person would be a bit aggravated, but he fielded each of them in a way that made us feel like we were his only client. Also, he does well at giving the prospective buyer the proper amount of time to consider the home without pushing or nagging, which can sometimes drive a buyer away. It was hard for us, as the home owners, to be patient when someone was interested in our home, but Brent reminded us that this is a big decision for the buyer and no one wants to feel pushed or rushed into making that decision. ZillowVERIFIED My homebuying process took roughly three months, and Brent was there for every aspect of it. Even weeks after closing, he's stayed in touch and asked us how things are going at the new house. The thing that impressed me most about Brent is that he wasn't pushy. The whole process was zero pressure. He treats people the way he wants to be treated. What he lacks in expertise(and this is only because he's only a few years into the business), he makes up for in hard work and tenacity. If I needed to know what region of Italy the granite from a countertop was dug up from he probably wouldn't know off the top of his head-- but he'd do whatever it took to find out. When it came time to make an offer, he listened to what we had to work with and what we were willing to offer on the house. After that, he gave us his input based on experience. I took his advice, and we did better overall than if I'd gone with my initial offer. He was always quick to respond and I never felt like I was waiting around to hear from him. If Brent's still in the business when I shop for my next home down the line, he'll be my first phone call.
