My boyfriend and I work opposite schedules so getting to see homes together was difficult but ray would change his schedule to work around ours.. Despite having an unrealistic list of wants and needs and a small budget, Ray found us the perfect house in such a short period of time with everything on our checklist and even more!! Other real estate agents may just want to sell you any house - Ray genuinely wants to sell you a home! ZillowVERIFIED Wow! Ray Spaziani just hit back-to-back home runs for us! In just 5 months, in a slow market, Ray alerted us to the need to sell our West Haven home for a big shoreline development. Then he quickly and diligently sold our house and closed on our dream home in just 5 months! My boyfriend and I knew nothing about real estate before Ray came over on a Saturday to introduce himself. Well, after setting us up with software to look at homes on our own, and personally showing us over a dozen houses - all the hidden ins-and-outs we'd have missed - Ray hit the ball "out of the park" for us on a difficult foreclosure property. ZillowVERIFIED I would not hesitate at all to recommend Ray to anyone looking to buy a home in the area. He was incredibly responsive day or night every day of the week. Every single property (and there were many) which I asked to view, Ray got me in within a day or two. Ray also spent a couple of entire days showing me home. His advice was expert when it came to the details, ins and outs of each home, from the mechanicals to the cosmetics. His knowledge of building construction, and mechanicals saved us a ton of money because we were able to rule out certain houses; instead of hiring an inspector to find the same problems. ZillowVERIFIED While Ray may not be the most technologically saavy realtor out there, he is an expert in almost every other sense. He is extremely knowledgeable in the construction of homes and gets back to you in a very timely manner. He did several open houses for us himself (not like others who send an intern) which brought in a lot of traffic. A true professional in every sense of the word. In a slow economy, he sold our condo in less than 3 months. Would go with him again without hesitation.
