After several years as a sellers market it is finally the closest its been to being a Buyers Market. Sellers are offering concessions back to buyers, will to do repairs and negotiate fair price with buyers.

It is still a great time to be a seller. Like most people you probably have quite a bit of equity. Lets price your home right, be prepared to help buyers buy down interest rates or help with closing costs.

I was working with a client that was looking the had multigenerations, we found them new builds they liked. Choice of two. They of course only bought one. I actually closed escrow in less than 30 days. They are extremely happy and we negotiate a very good deal with builder. So good in fact that they went in to home with $66,000 equity.

I had been working in management of a local window company. We emphases strong customer service. After 30 years I was ready to work directly with the consumer and Real Estate was a good fit as I had quite a bit of knowledge in housing from being a landlord to building homes.
