Raymond was very pleasant to work with. He was very knowledgeable, took the time to answer questions and returned phone calls and texts in a timely manner. Raymond is a person who cares about his clients and always puts them first and goes to bat when it comes to negotiations or any issues that come up with the home buying process

Ray was there every step of the way. I've been bothering him for YEARS about buying and I was never ready to go, so I was expecting him to not take me seriously. But each time I've brought it up, he listens, he advises, he gives me tangible options and guides, and this time the only difference was I was ready. He acted professionally and with the best knowledge regarding the process. He timely and effectively communicated in my behalf, and no matter how many showings I asked him to set up, he never faltered. Each interaction with him was met with determination and a positive mindset, while setting realistic and relevant to current market expectations. I admire his ability to stay so consistent. He worked for me no matter what day, hour, or holiday it was. I only wish I could be in constant housing market business so he can always handle my real estate affairs. Thank you Ray for being reliable, prompt, flexible, kind, and above all, an exceptional agent.

Ray is awesome. He would drop everything to help answer any questions or problems we had. He would call once a week to make sure we were doing good and give us updates on where we were at. He would make sure if there is a problem that occured was taken care of. He went above and beyond the call of being a realtor to get to know you as a person.

Raymond went above and beyond to guide me through a home purchase that was made difficult by factors outside of our control. He was always available and gave me regular updates on where everything was at in the process. He always made sure I was satisfied with how things were handled and asked for my input and feedback every step of the way. I would definitely recommend Ray to anyone looking for an agent who will always work for their best interest and put them first.

Ray worked with us for about a year before we were able to find the perfect home for the right price. Not once did he pressure us to put an offer in on something we saw and he was always responsive to any questions we had.

Raymond I?d one of the best realtors I know. He?s kind, very professional, dedicated to his clients, and definitely knows the real estate game in general. He?s very good about laying all options on the table for you, including any fees you may incur in the process of buying a home. He gives recommendations on what you may want to do as far as your home inspection and other inspections are concerned, prior to closing. Excellent realtor! You won?t be disappointed with Raymond.

Ray was phenomenal in helping us as new buyers. Very intentional with us as the buyers. Some details fell through the cracks at times, but nothing that affected our deal or the process(with his dedication that wont be an issue in the future). Ray saved us a ton of money, we are benefiting already from his help. Very thankful God gave us the opportunity to work with Ray

I have worked with multiple realtors and he was the only one out of maybe 10+ realtors who answered every question ive had and answered them and was extremely personable. Within one day of working with him he found us a very nice home vs 10 plus who barely could find one in 3 months. I highly Recommend him.
