Ray swooped in and saved us from a truly terrible realtor experience. We had just lost a second buyer due in large part to our original realtor failing to guide us through vetting the strength of offers. From the moment we hired Ray, he reset our whole listing with gorgeous professional pictures, and blasted it across every channel within 3 days!! We had 8 offers instantly. Now for the hard part...getting a buyer to stick. Ray vetted every buyer and their agent, he talked to their lenders, had paperwork ready for every possible need. With his help, we got $10k over our original listing price and closed within 30 days!! We used a relocation company for our move, which adds about 20 extra steps for selling our home, and Ray handled the 3rd party with expertise. Ray is professional, QUICK, caring, and a true master as a realtor. We had no idea how good a home sale could be until Ray showed us the top standard for real estate agents.
