ZillowVERIFIED Ray helped us sell our Florida home in 2020 and his expertise as well as his responsiveness exceeded our expectations. When we recently decided to search for a new Florida property, we had some email issues in reaching Ray. Not his fault or our fault it just somehow ended in junk files because of the 4 years that had passed. We did look at a couple of properties during a Spring visit but the follow up was not consistent and then things got confusing with changes in realtors. On a subsequent visit this Summer, we were there for R&R and by chance we decided to attend an open house in an area that we had some interest in. We were amazed when we walked in and Ray greeted us, it was almost like a divine encounter. We re-kindled our friendship and moved forward in searching for a new Florida home. Ultimately, with Ray's help and expertise we secured a new place to call home while in Florida in the same area where our chance encounter occurred! Ray was there every step of the way and we couldn't have asked for better, over the top service. We would highly recommend Ray if you're buying or selling. He served us well in both opportunities!

ZillowVERIFIED Ray helped us buy a house in Adrian, Michigan and sell it 3 years later, and also helped us sell a house in Novi, Michigan. He went above and beyond the call of duty in helping clean up after moving out and when we moved some possessions between houses. His market knowledge seems a bit stronger in the Adrian area, but everything worked out OK for all three transactions.

ZillowVERIFIED Hi Ray, Sorry about that, didnt get back to you as soon as I meant to!! My family and I very much enjoyed working with Ray Abraham as our real estate agent! In a very short period of time we felt like we had known him forever. He took into account all our wants and needs while showing us homes and steered us away from homes he knew wouldnt be right for us. Whenever I needed to contact him he got back to me almost immediately and was always available to answer questions! I have already recommended him to friends and family that may have future need of a real estate agent. He was very patient with me as it took me quite a while to get my home ready to sell but when I did he had it sold within a week and got a good price for it as well! I would say we couldnt have asked for a better real estate agent than Ray!
