ZillowVERIFIEDRaylene was very careful to understand my needs and wants in what I was looking for in a house. She made those factors her priority in helping with my home search and eventual purchase. Raylene also demonstrated sound and thorough knowledge of the process of purchasing a home and owning a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Raylene was great, everything went smoothly from start to finish. She helped me find the home that was right for me and we had buyers for my former home in about 10 days. Raylene was really on top of everything and made the entire process go as planned.

ZillowVERIFIED Raylene did an incredible job! She was very knowledgeable about the fun things like house styles, as well as the things things to look out for. For example, she knew that the house we were considering was built in the 60's, and suggested we get an Orangeburg inspection (which ended up coming back positive, and she negotiated a better price because of it). She was responsive, able to answer all our questions, and handled all the little details so we didn't have to worry about a thing.

ZillowVERIFIED Raylene did an outstanding job helping me buy my new condo and sell my old house. The entire process went smoothly and was stress free for me, because of her! She helped me every step of the way. She kept me informed of all ongoing negotiations and proved to be an excellent advocate. She was very responsive to my needs. She listened to my needs and helped me get what I needed out of both sales. She is very kind and very professional. I highly recommend her for anyone buying or selling a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Raylene is exactly the type of realtor you want at your side while making such massive decision as buying a house. She was responsive, thorough, and she fought hard to get us an amazing price for the house we sold and the house we bought!

ZillowVERIFIED Raylene went above and beyond to help us sell our house. She guided us along the way, did a few favors to help us keep the house in top shape while managing showings and little kids, and helped us get thousands more from our sale than we would have on our own.

ZillowVERIFIED Raylene is a very helpful and thoughtful realtor! She works hard, makes herself very available, and is passionate about getting you into the property you want. She is a long time resident of the area and is familiar with a wide variety of neighborhoods and the Eastern Iowa area. In the hot market with places selling in a day, she would drop what she was doing and work around our schedule including nights and weekends. When we had questions about how to formulate our offer, she had excellent input and helped us feel confident in our decision. With regard to selling, she ran multiple ads, helped me determine a fair and competitive asking price, coordinated with me to understand the features of the property and craft an attractive listing.

ZillowVERIFIED Raylene knows the area extremely well, was always very quick to respond to any questions and set up viewings within less than a days notice. She is full of good advice too! She eventually got us an off market home due to her professional networking. A+

ZillowVERIFIED Raylene worked with us over the course of the last year to help us find the right home. Raylene spent a lot of time showing us properties and helping us negotiate terms. Even after we had an accepted offer, Raylene helped us scheduling inspections and letting us know what options were available to us.

ZillowVERIFIED We were buying a property from out of state and needed a quick closing... Raylene went above and beyond to help us get an offer accepted on just the right property under the asking price! She drove to the property several times, provided us a remote tour, and handled all the details needed - giving us great peace of mind! Couldnt be happier with our experience!
