Ray and his team recently helped me to buy my first home in Back Bay. I had no idea what to expect in buying my own place and was a little daunted by it all, but Ray helped me navigate the process every step of the way. He was responsive and timely in scheduling appointments. He felt like a partner in assessing the property - thinking through various pros and cons or potential renovations. He knows San Antonio neighborhoods well and sent me CMAs to guide the offer price and helped with other negotiations along the way.
