We were so impressed when Ray staged our home for photos he even brought his own yard lights and made our home look amazing! Ray knew how to price our home and got us 10k over asking! We got an offer in less than seven days and closed in under thirty. All we had to do was sign the papers, Ray took care of everything! We would highly recommend Ray, in fact I have already given his card to one of my old neighbors and my little brother.

My wife and I went to a lot of open houses with the sole purpose of finding a real estate agent that would work hard for us and tell us like it is, and Ray was the one we picked. Not only did Ray find us a great home that we shouldn't of been able to find in our price range, he did it in 30 days. Then Ray and his team proceeded to push through and have my home inspection, appraisal, and bank approval in 15 days, amazing!!! Ray doesnt forget about you after you've found your home, he stays involved with you every step of the way, all the way to closing. A great agent and a great guy. Review Raymond is amazing. I've never met another realtor that will do what Raymond will do for his client. You can ask him to move mountains for you and he will, no questions asked. Oh, maybe one, "where do you want me to move it ? " He will work 24 hours a day for you if needed.
