Over the years we have worked with Seller and Buyers from all walks of lives and sold homes ranging from fixer uppers to million dollar homes.

We had a family with very specific needs. Mom had a vintage home in the greater Seattle area, the kids had a Condo nearby. They wanted to pool their resources, sell both homes and purchase a new home with a separate living area or detached dwelling unit for Mom. Timing here was our biggest challenge. We knew we could sell both homes quickly, but finding the right home might take longer. In the end, we secured multiple offers for "Mom's" home. The buyers gave her 3 months to remain in the house after closing to accomodate her needs, and we sold it for $100k over the asking price. We were then able to find the home that ultimately met or exceeded all of their needs right under budget.

I grew up in a Real Estate family in Texas. My father owned a Real Estate company and I followed in his footsteps. Dad went to the office and worked every day up until the week before he passed. I'm proud of my heritage and happy that I'm able to continue the family business.

I have been in real estate in one form or another for the last 40 years. Additionally, I served as a LCDR in the Navy. Integrity, discipline, communication and strong negotiating skills are among the life skills I've acquired.
