She stated she would call to set up meeting but didn't inform us that the property one didn't have a septic permit and wouldn't perk. Then never returned the call on the second property yet got it under contract with someone else. Not professional.

Throughout our home purchase process, Mr. Evans demonstrated concerning patterns of behavior that significantly impacted our transaction. There were multiple instances where information provided proved to be inaccurate, which complicated the purchase process and created unnecessary stress. Of particular concern was Mr. Evans's handling of critical documentation. His negligent management of important paperwork resulted in financial consequences for us as the buyers. Such oversights in real estate transactions can have lasting implications for clients. The lack of transparency and professionalism we experienced made what should have been an exciting milestone into a frustrating ordeal. Clear communication and honest representation are fundamental expectations in real estate transactions, and unfortunately, these basic standards were not met. Based on our first-hand experience working with Ray Evans, I cannot recommend his services. I strongly encourage potential clients to consider other real estate professionals who will prioritize honest communication and careful attention to documentation throughout the transaction process.

Ray, his team and affiliates provided great support and helped us analyze options which ultimately led to us listing our property. We were priced right and in less than a week after the listing went live we had multiple offers to consider. Working with Ray is working with a team, Genny was always there to assist with any questions and follow-ups needed with remote signatures. After final inspection we had a couple of follow-ups that Ray was able to get someone locally to address as we lived about 6 hours away from the property. ZillowVERIFIED TL;DR: There is a reason his name is on nearly every home I see for sale while driving around. Ray & his team are amazing- thats an understatement. He knows the market VERY well. Other houses that are identical to mine, in my same neighborhood have been listed for nearly a year (by other realty companies and as of this post, theyve now been pulled off the market after sitting that long). When we listed ours (in May), we expected to maybe be out of here by Christmas time due to what we had been seeing with the homes in our area. Not with Ray! Ray gave us comparables, walked through our home and through the entire process with us. He ALWAYS gets back to you quickly as well. Anyway, he sold our house in 3 days! During a terrible time (covid). He also uses great photographers for your photos - which imo helps immensely with a sale. In the days of tech and everything being digital, no one wants sub-par photos of their home online. We cant thank Ray enough. Oh and the funny thing is, he was the sellers agent when we bought our house. So, he sold the house to us and then sold it for us a few years later lol. Thank you so so much Ray! We obviously very HIGHLY recommend him and will 100% be in contact if we ever move back!
