He worked very hard with the seller of our lot so that we would be able to build right next door to our daughter and her family. He kept us informed as to what happens in what order etc.

Ray was very honest with us. He would make sure that we where making the right decisions every step of the way. He would always drop everything he was doing and be there for us when we needed him to be. Ray went out of his way to help us achieve our goals and get us the home we love.

Ray Clark built and sold us our home. He was knowledgeable about the market in our area, met every promise he made and made the purchase transaction smooth and easy. As a builder, he did everything he said he would do, was very trustworthy, met all deadlines he gave and offered great advise when we needed it. After we bought our home from him, we had him come back and build a second, detached garage and finish our basement. If we ever sell or want something else added to our house, Ray is the first and only person well call.

I came in from out of state to buy a house and Ray was extremely knowledgeable about the area. He was able to find many houses that were what I was looking for and was very accommodating to my schedule. With Ray's knowledge as a builder, he was able to inspect the structure and quality of the houses, which is something a lot of home buyers know nothing about, yet can save you a lot of headaches in the future. I did not feel pressured at any time and Ray was completely honest with me at every step along the way. I did not plan on buying a house that weekend, but I found the perfect place and went ahead with the purchase. Ray was very helpful throughout the process and always available when questions arose. I would highly recommend Ray to anyone searching for a new home or with a home to sell, and would not hesitate working with him again.
