We bought from out of state and went under contract on a house we had never stepped foot in as we're moving to Gainesville for 4 year residency at UF. In this insane market Raven was a calm voice of reason guiding us through the process- she took thorough videos, did a "smell test" at properties, and helped us avoid a major mistake of a house that would have been a disaster by giving a thorough and honest assessment. She was always incredible responsive (I am so sorry for texting so much while you were on vacation!!!), blunt when needed, and she steered us towards a perfect property and neighborhood. We've worked with realtors across multiple states and moves and I can honestly say Raven has been the best we've ever worked with. ZillowVERIFIED Raven is everything you look for in a realtor and then some more! We were moving to Gainesville from another state plus this was our first home. She not only drove us around and showed homes, but also gave us helpful tips for living in the town. As soon as she had an idea what we were looking for she gave us a long list of options and constantly updated us with new listings. We did the first screening online from the listings she kept emailing us and when we physically visited Gainesville went to about 10 houses in two days plus revisited a couple we liked on the third day. In three days, we found our dream home plus an amazing loan officer, again thanks to Ravens recommendation. She continued to keep actively in touch and be our representative in town as we still had some time before we moved. Even after we bought the house and everything was settled, she continued to help us, even took measurements of the house for our designer, made a video tour of the house after the closure as we werent physically there. Just amazing work ethic and amazing person. In our busy physician schedules everything went so smoothly and quickly and it is all thanks to Raven. Both our sale and our purchase had several complications out of anyone's control and we were very anxious clients, and Raven stuck with us and got us to the promised land.We needed to sell and buy right as the COVID-19 pandemic began and things were very topsy-turvy in real estate. With some of the traditional sale tactics unavailable during the early days of the pandemic, Raven used some newer methods to help get our home in front of buyers' eyes. When we found buyers and the buying agent was trying to nickel and dime us, Raven stood up for us and kept us from losing money.Our purchase also had some unique hiccups (not ours or Raven's fault!) and she kept on the selling agent to make sure that we were able to ultimately purchase the home that we're in and love.I hope your sale and/or purchase goes much more smoothly, but having someone like Raven on your side will ensure you ultimately succeed!

Raven made multiple visits to check on the progress of the house for us and sent us pictures (house was under construction). ZillowVERIFIED We were moving from a small town in Kansas and were referred to Raven. We came down for a couple of days to look at houses and she made sure we found what we were looking for. We made a lot of last minute decisions to look at different houses not originally on our list and she made it happen for us to see them. Once we found the one we wanted, Raven gave us lots of good guidance with making our offer more appealing to the seller. We had a couple of setbacks that pushed back the closing date on our house and Raven was extremely helpful during the whole process. Buying a house in Gainesville from Kansas was difficult but she made it go a lot smoother for us. She attended everything we couldnt make it to before our closing. Raven even helped give us guidance with the sale of our house in Kansas. We would recommend Raven every time. She was very helpful and responsive. If we had a question she was good to get back with us within about an hour. Even when she was on vacation! Raven did a great job throughout the whole house buying process.
