ZillowVERIFIED Raul exceeded my expectations not once, but twice! He helped me sell two investment properties in Topeka, KS. With his expertise, I was able to sell each house for about 30% more than I expected. He is fun, straightforward, and brings tremendous value with his real estate knowledge. I highly, highly recommend him for help buying or selling real estate.

ZillowVERIFIED Raul was an amazing realtor from start to finish. We looked for a house for over a year, during that time we saw dozens of homes put in multiple offers and never received a bad attitude from him when things wouldnt work out. He was ALWAYS ready to show us any house we wanted no matter time or day and any questions we had he was always a call away. Raul made this process so easy for us and always had our best interest in mind. We are so glad we chose him to be our realtor and would do it again in a heart beat!

ZillowVERIFIED Our house was sold extremely fast it was on the market two days before we had an offer. It was under contract within the week of putting it on the market. We was exceptionally happy with the speed it sold. in fact we was overwhelmed, I would highly recommend Raul as a realtor agent , he has been extremely helpful in explaining the process of selling and buying homes from day to finish. Thank you Raul

ZillowVERIFIED Raul did an incredible job getting me more than I expected for the sale of my house. He put me in touch with contractors who did a great job getting the house ready to put on the market. We had a contract within 24 hours. ZillowVERIFIED Raul is one of the great ones at what he does....He takes time with everything while at the same time is on top of anything happening very quickly... Wonderful experience, wonderful home, great smooth closing and a happy family on the receiving end.... now its time to sell the previous homes so we will keep him busy for a bit longer and hope he will show you our listings with the same sense of pride he did to us with the one we bought.... great man and very helpful and patient.
