He also answered all of my many questions (thank you Raul and Priscilla!). Despite me needing a lot of help and questions answered constantly, Raul was always there--day or night--to help me. He was also extremely patient with me, even when it was very stressful, and when I was worried about the process. He is a true professional, and he cares about his work and his clients. He also is extremely prompt in communication--which was a huge thing for me. He was very knowledgeable, and ultimately, he helped me obtain an amazing property for myself as my first home. I highly recommend him. He truly cares--and that is rare to find. We had been friends for over 10 years and even with that I felt Raul treated me like if I was any other client and just met yesterday. He answered all my questions and their were a lot lol. He explain everything in great deal and found my perfect home. He was able to get me the best deal, with the builder throwing in major appliances, blinds and covering the closing close. Plus he was able to get 10k under asking, all together that was 27k in savings. If your looking for someone who's a hard worker, will get you the best deal and very knowledgeable of las vegas area. ZillowVERIFIED Raul was prompt in his replies to our questions, was very good about setting up showings even last minute, and stayed on top of all of our offers to ensure things weren't being forgotten about. He answered all of our (many) questions as first time buyers, and guided us through Nevada's buying process that's very different than what we'd seen family go through in our home state of NJ. The rest of Raul's team, and the third parties he recommended us to to complete the purchase, were all amazing. His team lead John Sullivan is the definition of customer service excellence, and the team at the title company and lender he referred us to were all a pleasure to work with. We'll definitely be working with Raul and his team again next time we're in the market for a house.

ZillowVERIFIED There is not enough I can say about Raul. He worked day in and day out to find me my perfect home. He was always extremely professional throughout the entire process. This was my first time buying and For 10 months we battled the crazy Las Vegas market. Raul was always available to answer questions, concerns and show me listings. Even when he was on vacation, getting married, or on his honeymoon, he would always answer his phone. He never once pressured me to settle or got frustrated with me. He also would motivate me when I got frustrated with myself. He made the whole experience go smoother than I could ever hope.
