Raul was amazing for me as a first time home buyer. He was available to talk about potential houses almost anytime day or night. He would often contact me after business hours which was great for me. He always answered his phone, always maintained his word, and led me in the direction to be able to find the perfect place to purchase. He never tried to sway me to buy any of the houses he showed but offered his insight whenever I asked him for some knowledge. He was instrumental in negotiating the deal to purchase the house we found right in the middle of a hot sellers market.
