Realator Raquel Magro and her Closing Manager Ana Tobo are simple exemplary. I bought my first home with Raquels help back in 2002, and when I went to sell nearly 20 years later I sought her out. The wealth of knowledge and experience simply cant be beat. Both Raquel and Ana are very professional, help and so very on top of things. They walked me through the complicated and at times overwhelming process of forms, paperwork, inspections, etc. seamlessly and even helped talk me down when hyperventilating (metaphorically) over making such a big decision to sell and move. Add that they are both just good eggs, and you just cant go wrong. Wish I could take them with me for my next purchase on the East coast.

I would call and speak with the listing agent on the property that we like or wanted to go see with very little of a down payment our choices were very minimal. I happened to run across one agent her name was Raquel she was very friendly told her my situation and she quickly gave me options and connected me with a lender that can assist me with getting a home loan. She then had her Realtor Ana Tobo work with me on looking at different properties. Again with very little options and not much in the market to look at she was very patient with me. She was always there to answer my questions and would always send me different property options in different areas. We had given up a few times since we couldnt find anything within our budget but Ana was always positive and would always remind me that there is a house out there for you never give up. I said to myself ok lets try one more time and finally there it was a condo in Canoga Park we looked at it we liked and guess what now its ours, but this new condo will not be possible without Raquel Magro and Ana Tobo. She told me what she thought our home was worth after doing a walk around. She told us what the comps in the area were. She told us that our home was unique (which it is) and that it isn't right for everyone but that one special buyer will come. My wife was thrilled but I was cynical.
