ZillowVERIFIEDI am a real estate investor and I use Matthew Fernandez and his Icon Team for all my flips. Matt absolutely blows away all expectations. He sells all my flips for the most part in the first weekend and almost always above ask. I could not recommend my realtor Matthew more. Definitely call him if you need to buy or sell a home

ZillowVERIFIED Raquel recently sold my mother's home after her passing. Raquel was extremely knowledgable and showed an enthusiasm and drive that impressed me. I live out of state and was deemed an essential worker during COVID. Raquel took my challenges and worked hard to go above and beyond based on my needs to make the experience as easy as possible. Her responsiveness was almost immediate and her strategy for the sale of the house resulted in 2 full price offers on the first day and 1 offer 15,000 above the asking price on day 1. After 5 days and 10 offers, we accepted and offer 27,000 over asking. I highly recommend Raquel.

ZillowVERIFIED Raquel assisted me in selling my mothers house. As I live and work out of state and have been deemed an essential worker during COVID, Raquel worked hard to make the process as easy as possible for me. Raquel communicated throughly and timely and was very respectful of my time and situation. Raquels strategy worked well, resulting in two full price offers and one offer 15,000 over asking the first day. After 5 days and bidding war between 10 offers, we accepted an offer almost 27,000 above our asking price..

ZillowVERIFIED Raquel was the sellers agent when we purchased our home. During a CO issue that delayed closing, she stayed in touch. Personally took trips to the town and updated not just my agent but also kept me updated. Her follow up was detailed and she was very supportive. Thank you for all the help and support you provided.

ZillowVERIFIED I have only the highest praise and recommendation for Raquel. In the purchase of our home , we never felt rushed or pushed to go in any direction on any homes we viewed. I wanted to thank you for all your assistance in the purchase of our new home on Union Blvd. Your diligence and knowledge was a huge help in navigating the complexities involved in this purchase. We will be sure to give your name to any of our friends and family who may be in the market to either sell or purchase a home. Thanks, Vichente Oprea

ZillowVERIFIED I recently purchased a home through Raquel Fernandez and her office. She and her company were complete professionals and helped me during my first time home buying process. She was completely knowledgeable in the area of coram and was super sweet. She listened to all my first time buying jitters and helped my family. Will recommend her any time!

ZillowVERIFIED I have dealt with a few Real Estate agents in the past and I have to say none of them came close to Raquel Fernandez. She is kind, compassionate, and very professional about what she does. When I was looking to rent my condo Raquel offered her services and made me feel confident that I would get my place rented in a timely fashion and for the price I was looking for. My place was rented in less than 3 months. Almost a year into the rental, I had a question about the renewal process. She didnt hesitate to help me out. She went above and beyond what was asked of her and for that I am grateful. She is definitely a real estate agent that I would recommend to anyone who needs one. She made the whole process so smooth that when I am ready to sell my condo Raquel is the one I will call to list it.

ZillowVERIFIED What a blessing! Raquel fell into my network via 3rd party in 2014. Her recommendation was right on point..... Raquel assisted greatly every step of the way in me getting my offer accepted on not only my 1st real estate purchase but also my 1st investment property. A bank owned property which to this day is earning me an 18% ROI. I'm forever grateful to her and her team..... Let's do it again Raquel!!

ZillowVERIFIED I can't say enough of Raquel's professionalism as well her knowledge in the realty world. I am an investor that was invited to sit down with her to explain my goals. After that meeting she new exactly what I wanted and proceeded to search out properties that suited my goals. After obtaining the property she was very thorough with her comps in the area so that we could come up with the proper asking price. I would definitely recommend Raquel Fernandez to any one, investor or end user to help them purchase or sell a piece of real estate.

ZillowVERIFIED Raquel was a great real estate agent! Raquel went above and beyond her duties to get us the price on our home. She worked tirelessly with my husband and me. Any questions or concerns my husband and I had she was quick to address them with us. Raquel walked us through this very confusing home buying process. She was great and caring on a personal level with us.
