I am lost for words and filled with gratitude as I write this review for RanjuaEUR| As we started the home buying process, we had a certain max purchase limit in our mind beyond which we were not willing to spend. We really liked this home we saw, but its listed price was beyond our reach. We spoke to Ranju about it, and told her that while we really liked the home, we would have to let it go since it is beyond our budget. Ranju advised us to be patient, and researched the home on her own. She said that we should atleast try putting in an offer even if it is less than the listed price. Most of the other agents would not have encouraged this because houses in bay area almost never sell below the list price, and particularly the good ones. She communicated extensively with the sellers agent, gained a good understanding of home comps and helped us place the offer. The home received multiple offers, all very close to one another in price. Our offer was not the highest, but Ranju with her awesome negotiation skills got our offer accepted at significantly below the list price. We didnt pay a penny more beyond our budget. We really lucked out, and were so ecstatic to have had Ranju on our side. With her incredible business acumen and situational awareness she got us the best deal of our life. Getting the very first offer you place accepted, and buying below list price are things you never hear of in bay area. Our home is truly beautiful and we got a lot more than we ever expected in this competitive market. Ranju is sharp and experienced. Our home purchase story with Ranju is exceptional and no other real estate agent would have gotten us the deal Ranju got us. She put in just as much effort in buying our house as she would put in for her owns self. She is not satisfied till she knows she has given her best and left no stone unturned to get you the best deal. If you go with Ranju, you will find yourself getting the best deal.

A big thank you to Ranju for helping us sell our condo in Santa Clara. She helped us in selling our condo when the interest rates peaked in November 2023, and condo sales were at an all-time low. Ranju got us a good deal on the condo. She coordinated the sale while we were living in it, which is not easy but she was very efficient in scheduling prospective buyer visits at times convenient to us. She generated a lot of interest by extensive marketing and open houses. Ranju was always available on the phone or in-person, and answered all our queries. Her judgement, patience, and experience of 20+ years greatly helped us during unfavourable market conditions for sellers.
