We really liked this home we saw, but its listed price was beyond our reach. Most of the other agents would not have encouraged this because houses in bay area almost never sell below the list price, and particularly the good ones. The home received multiple offers, all very close to one another in price. Our offer was not the highest, but Ranju with her awesome negotiation skills got our offer accepted at significantly below the list price. We didnt pay a penny more beyond our budget. We really lucked out, and were so ecstatic to have had Ranju on our side. With her incredible business acumen and situational awareness she got us the best deal of our life. Getting the very first offer you place accepted, and buying below list price are things you never hear of in bay area. Our home is truly beautiful and we got a lot more than we ever expected in this competitive market. Ranju is sharp and experienced.
