    My familys home, where I grew up and where my late parents spent four decades, was a tremendous undertaking for me, an only child living two states away, to deal with. The process of repairing and cleaning out the house was a very long one, and Rania was an excellent partner for the long journey to closing. She kept in touch without being pushy (other realtors bombarded me with inquiries before the funeral flowers wilted) and gave good advice regarding prioritizing and managing the dizzying array of tasks I faced until the very end. Rania went above and beyond through the challenging last weeks leading up to closing, when unforeseen circumstances made things a bit more hectic for all. Rania smoothed the way and helped everything work out well in the end. I had already recommended her to others before my house sold and will continue to do so in the future.

    She is Amazing. Has a lot of knowledge and is always available. She goes out of her way to accommodate you and the appointments for the house. She is available on the weekends. She is very patient.
