He got me into the new house quickly (24 day close) and worked with the sellers agent to get a credit at closing for all the necessary repairs and safety issues. He stayed in close touch throughout the entire process and could address all my questions accurately and quickly. (We were having issues with selling with the other agent), and Randy gave us insights and recommendations and helped us learn more about strategies and the reality of selling in today?s market. Even though Randy wasn?t our listing agent, he was treating us as though we had signed on with him. He?s a great guy and is genuinely committed to helping people with making good choices in selling. I can?t imagine how well he takes care of buyers! He?s great and along with being good looking, he?s very professional and sweet! ZillowVERIFIED I wouldnt have been able to buy my home with out the help of Randy Thomas and the Del Real Group PMZ Real Estate team. I was relocating from out of state and he helped me with finding a great neighborhood to look in. Also, he helped me save money in the negotiating process, found a great home inspector, referred us to a local insurance agent, provided all the information to change over the utilities, and his team took care of coordinating the title paperwork. Ultimately, I found exactly what I wanted in a home and got the deal closed because of his hard work. There are many agents out there and I have had my time wasted by a few.
