ZillowVERIFIED We just finished closing on our first home and we would recommend Randy highly to any first time home buyer. She is very pleasant and easy to talk to. She gave us a full picture of what we might want to look at in the beginning of the process. She was able to conduct a virtual tour for us on our house immediately after we asked for it. Two days from initial consultation to the tour of our house, can?t ask for much more than that. When the time came to put an offer in she gave us excellent advice and guided us to acceptance. She responded immediately on all questions and her answers and explanations were clear and thorough every step of the way. As first time buyers we had a ton of questions and were nervous going in about missing something important along the way. Having Randy there to guide us was helpful and reduced our administrative stress to near zero. Randy was extremely helpful during the inspection process in particular. Our inspection was scheduled Memorial Day weekend and most inspectors were fully booked. She was able to work her Fairfield County rolodex and line up our septic and house inspections on the same day at the same time. Over the last two months everyone involved in buying and selling homes has been inundated. You could not tell this with Randy though as she was always there with us every step of the way; giving us recommendations for mortgage brokers, lawyers , insurance, inspectors, etc. We appreciated this great service immensely. She even mailed out our water sample test kits for us. If looking to buy a home in Fairfield County go with Randy!

She is easy going and understand my needs after 30min conversation. i am interested in almost all her recommendations (lists sent to you) and want to see them in person. 2. she has her own preview process to screen the house for you which can save your own time. 3. she prepared all necessary documents for you when you see the house. 4. she is flexible to cooperate with your schedule, which i really appreciate that. 5. when you make an offer, she will not push you to make the deal. instead, she will sit down with you and be honest with you about her professional opinion which is helpful. 6. her team is awesome. I used their Mortgage service too. they are very responsive and help me a lot in preparing my mortgage paperwork so that my house can be closed in time.
