ZillowVERIFIED STAY AWAY from this realtor. I wish I can rate this service - 0 stars. He only cares about his commission. He is not responsive and you will feel like you are low priority with him and he will negatively switch behavior on you as soon as you get under contract. I regret using him. He was unprofessional, arrogant, unresponsive, rude and disrespectful on closing the process on my first home. He did not deserve his commission. As a first home buyer, all I really needed was guidance, responsiveness, and someone to be willing to explain things that I questioned about. When I ask him questions via text message - he ignores for DAYS and I will have to remind him. He got very rude and yelled at me on the phone then hung up because I said hes being unresponsive and I need to be prioritized, especially knowing this is my first home. His disrespectful actions are unacceptable. He only showed up to one of the walk throughs and acted like he was such in a rush to leave. He doesnt care. I also tried to set up a scheduled phone call meeting to let him know that lenders made errors on purchase price but he told me to not contact him about that, and that I should contact the lender. He sounded very rude on text message the way he said it. He didn't want be involved in trying to help. I will attach a text message photo on how he ignores my questions and does not want to be involved. Bare in mind - never once was I disrespectful to him. When I asked for better communication from him, he tells me his busy. I felt like he was trying to be-little me because he felt like I'm new in real estate. Why would you ever be disrespectful and yell at a buyer because his asking you real estate questions? Isnt that why I hired you? I will DEFINITELY NOT recommend this realtor, Randy Milmeister to anyone. I will also be reporting his unacceptable behavior to the realtors association.

On two different occasions I tried to sell my home via short-sale through an agent I was contractually obligated to sell through, totaling approximately 18 months combined. About one month after the contract ended, I received an email from Randy asking if I was interested in selling my home and I decided to give him a try. After all, what did I have to lose? The result? He was able to sell my home in 5 months!!!!! During the entire process Randy was in constant communication and he was quick to answer any questions I had. The support staff was also incredible!
