I initially contacted Randy last year just to get some background information on what to expect if I decided to purchase a condo in the Tallahassee area for my college bound son. Randy was kind enough to stay in touch with me until I was ready to start looking. Its been a while since Ive had to do this, and so I felt pretty needy with the amount of questions I kept sending to Randy, but he assured me he was always happy to help. When the time finally came to start looking at actual properties, Randy was always able to accommodate times (I live three hours from Tallahassee!) and find plenty of places for us to see. When we found the right place, Randy stayed in constant contact throughout the entire process and made it stress free. ZillowVERIFIED Bought a bank owned property while living in PA.Due to non-disclosure from owner I needed a trusted agent who would represent me @ a thorough home inspection performed by his recommended professional. Although Mr. Kamenicky offered his extended service; moving in end of June finding out that this house has major costly visible issues. As Mr. Kamenicky assured having sold on this Block before major visible defect inside/outside are eminent. Repeated reminders to remove lock box have been fruitless as of today.

I was searching for an investment property that I could rent out, in a nice area of town but close city center. Randy saw there was a property fitting my exact needs a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom house, perfect for roommate situation. However, that property was already under contract. Randy advised me to submit a supplementary offer in the case that the first one didnt go through. I submitted my offer and sure enough the contract fell through and my offer was accepted. Furthermore, after the property appraisal went through, it was discovered that I had some room to negotiate the price. Randy did and excellent job in studying the surrounding properties in the area and helped me negotiate an excellent offer that was thousands less than originally proposed. Randy was very timely in responding to my requests for information and displayed excellent knowledge of the area. Randy explained the full process of everything and reassured me when I had worries or concerns. Randy is very patient and explains things in an easy to understand way. All of his customers seem satisfied with his services, so we decided to call him. And we were not disappointed, Randy was very knowledgeable and responsive. He always answer your phone calls or texts. He helped us find home inspector and title agent. He also a handy man. The house that we picked had several issues that needed repair. Since we live in Miami and had nobody in Tallahassee to look at the house after repaired. Randy made sure that all repairs were done correctly for us. He always inform us of the status of the house. We financed with Bank of America and the loan processes were a nightmare and frustrating from the beginning. It took us almost three months to closed. We relied heavily on Randy to be point of contact between us, the bank and title agency. Randy was more than willing to help us. So, if you are looking for someone to help you to buy your next dream house, you will not be disappointed, Randy is the MAN!!
