I worked with Randy on the purchase and sale of one home as well as a short sale on another. On our latest sale Randy worked with my wife and I side by side as we renovated and prepared the home for the market and took us all the way through closing, even dealing with one deal that fell through shortly before actual close date. Marching toward closing can be a stressful time during a real estate transaction, especially when one deal falls through, but Randy handled it calmly and professionally throughout the entire process. After this sale we relocated and went through the process of purchasing a new home for our family, using a different agent due to the relocation. The new purchase process was a a nightmare. Agents were arguing with each other and negotiations turned south on several occasions. My wife and I reached out to Randy for some professional advice. He immediately gathered the facts from me and helped lead us in the right direction that in the end helped us to close on our new home. ZillowVERIFIED I have wanted to sell my home located in Port St. Lucie, FL for some time, but did not feel good with any realtors I spoke to. This was my second home ,(I live out of state) so I wasn't able to meet with anyone face to face to discuss the selling of my home. Therefore all talks were completed via telephone conversations. I came across the Zillow reviews for Randy Green and figured they sounded honest . Decided to give him a call . Well without rambling on I quickly felt comfortable with him and went with my instinct . So I signed on with him and the house was put up for sale January 3, 2015. I needed to sell quickly and Randy did it! Everyone thought I was crazy to just believe those reviews and after just a few phone conversations with Randy sign a contract via email and mail out my house key. Well I was right in doing so , because my home was under contract January 31!!! The closing was done in three weeks! If your still unsure, then give him a call and decide for yourself. I did and it was worth it, everything went smoothly. Randy answered every question, gave good sound advice, but not pushy. He also called me back quickly anytime I needed to speak to him. If you want someone who will be straight honest with you then you will do good with Randy as your realtor. I did.
