This is my second home purchase using Fred and just as before he was a pleasure to work with. This time around I was purchasing a home from overseas so everything had to be done remotely. Fred was very helpful in making the process go smoothly to include a 3 way FaceTime call with my mom in Chicago so we could get a good look at the home we were interested in purchasing. He checked on my property one last time before delivering my keys since I wasn't present for the closing which was very helpful. Goes above and beyond. Highly recommend. He will take care of you!!!

Fred was so helpful in finding us the right house. GREAT communication. Always responds in a timely manner to messages and calls if he cannot answer right away, which we really appreciated. He is familiar with the area, provided us with utility companies in the area, and anything else we needed help with! If I could give him more than 5 stars, I would!
