ZillowVERIFIED I met Eric after a prior real Estate had botched the sale of our home after 6-7 weeks.Eric Jenkins was the best decision I have made in my life next to my wife of 42 years. From the first minute we met it wa an amazing expierence. I have never met a more caring, respectful, confident , motivating, and enerjectic person in my life! From the first minute he entered the house all he did was talk about what a great house it was. He pointed out very important facts that the prior agent had missed. On the following day he was there making a professional video with classic music and highlighting all the great points to our property. The house was relisted 3 days after changing over to Eric and it was amazing, the first weekend we had 3 offers for $10,000 over the price the other agent had listed the house at.Eric does not seem to believe in answering machines or voice mails. No matter when I called I was able to speak with him personally. That alone was unbelivable in this day and age. Eric was always very confident and reassuring we had no worries that our house would sell! Well yesterday we signed our portion of the paperwork. THE HOUSE SOLD JUST LIKE HE SAID IT WOULD!! I have no issues in recommending Eric Jenkins to anyone looking to buy, sell, list a real estate property! Eric is the BEST Real Estate AGENT in the greater Tampa Bay Area! A tireless consumate professional in Wikileaks under the definition for a Real Estate agent it should say, "See Eric Jenkins, Tampa Bay, Florida"

ZillowVERIFIED I worked with Eric Jenkins to purchase my first home. He is amazing. We looked at a large number of homes and even though my search took us all over middle Florida, he never lost patience with me in my home-buying process. Anytime I had a question, he was there with a prompt and accurate response. He also made an awesome advocate for me - he met a contractor when I couldn't make the long trip from Pennsylvania to Florida. He went out of his way to drop information off at an office for me, listened to every one of my worries and always had a quick and very informative answer that I could understand. Being a first time home buyer can be a little overwhelming but he always brought knowledge to me that eased the process. He knows the market here in Florida and helped me find a gem of a home. When it came time to negotiate an offer, he provided exactly what I needed to get my offer on the table, negotiated, and accepted. He is a go-getter with lots of energy and calls right back and responds to emails, texts, phone calls immediately. He is also a very social person and will make you laugh. If/when I'm ready to purchase another home, he will be the realtor I call.

ZillowVERIFIED Eric Jenkins sold our Florida condominium in July 2020 and we cannot say enough about his sales expertise. We put it up for sale right before the COVID epidemic hit the country. We honestly then believed it might be next to impossible to sell, but Eric never wavered. He is the most personable guy you'll ever meet and so real estate savvy. Definitely knows how to close the deal! So glad we found him and wouldn't hesitate to use his services again.

ZillowVERIFIED As a buyer I initially declined to pay the separate fee that he requested He asked for this fee because he goes the "extra mile" for all of his clients. I believed the commission he receives from the seller is sufficient compensation for his services. However, when I saw that he truly did go the separate mile for me I agreed to pay his separate fee. I was very pleased with his timely and knowledgeable service and would highly recommend him to buyers and sellers.

ZillowVERIFIED The first time we interviewed Eric we right away knew that he was the right agent to sell our house. He is very sharp, diligent and compassionate. One can tell right away that he is very experienced and knowledgeable in his field. Many times he went out of his way to help us if we needed any type of help even if it did't concern the sale of the house. If we decide to buy another property in Florida we will definitely use his services. He has a very charming personality. I always joked with him that I have hired you not for your looks but for your skills. We highly recommend him.

ZillowVERIFIED This guy showed me a house a while back. The first thing he did was brag about his reviews. He hardly discussed the house with me. Hung out with the owner while I looked around. Never followed up with me. I sent him texts and he never responded. I wouldnt use him. There are far better agents!

ZillowVERIFIED Post these awesome words on my zillow page:) Eric Jenkins is the best. I was lucky to find such a knowledgeable and honest real estate agent my first time purchasing in Florida. the real estate laws are quite different here in New York state. the first house i bought (in NY) took over 3 months with lawyers involved. This purchase( in Florida ) was done in 6 weeks. It could have been less (my fault) when I met with Eric the first time, I had sent him a few listings I was interested in, We sat and looked at them and a few others. We checked for sink holes and other structural damage, and narrowed the field. I finally found what I wanted but it need work that was hesitant about. so i came back home to NY and continued looking on web sites, a few days later, I found one in the same complex that didn't need the work. I called Eric and he went right over and sent me pictures & a video. We put in an offer that day. He guided me as to appraisers, bankers, insurance agents and inspectors. Thanks to Eric Jenkins, I now have a home in Florida. Also, when the furniture I ordered came before I did, Eric was there to take it inside and to leave a lock box for other work. It has been 3 months since I first met Eric and he is still ready to help with what I might need. Couldn't have possibly done better. ZillowVERIFIED If you are looking for a realtor to sell or buy a home, you should use Eric Jenkins. Over the last 50 years I have bought and sold many properties and Eric is by far the hardest working realtor I have ever used. He even cut the grass (I live in North Carolina and couldn't do it), he finished getting stuff out of the house that we had not been able to get rid of and many other services that most realtors would never do.He is positive, he is outgoing, and he never gives up. Thank you Eric. Bert Gotrich

ZillowVERIFIED Where do I begin?? From the very first time that I touched base with Eric it seemed like I was his only client because of the service that he provided. Eric was in touch with me helping me to find the right property without me having to leave messages on voicemail, etc. and waiting for hours to hear back from him. I would say that 99% of the time Eric would answer his phone without having to leave a message. Once Eric found out what type of property that I was looking for he would send me an update if he found anything that he thought I would be interested in. Availability to show homes? Immediate response and always would stop what he was doing to show me a property that I wanted to see. Very personable with a good sense of humor which makes it easy to talk to him and always quite helpful! Would I refer others to him?? Absolutely 100% yes! It is a pleasure to work with him and I can only say good things about Eric. Thank You Eric for taking care of us throughout this process, it has been a GREAT EXPERIENCE throughout. I have now purchased 2 homes and 1 duplex with Eric Jenkins!!! Nancy Long
