ZillowVERIFIED Randal knows how to sell homes. We put our home up for sale in the middle of December, and it sold 5 days later. Our home had more hits and saves on Zillow that comparables by 3-5 times (30 saves vs. 99 -ours in 2 weeks, one comparable home had only 9 saves and still is unsold). Our home was empty, Randal used virtual staging to show customers what "it could look like" imposing furniture, wall dA(C)cor and even changing wall colors to emphasize the possible. His marketing is superior and should be patented as our home had a lot of showings AND Views right from the start in a slow market in Michigan. For myself, I expect an agent will earn my business by promptly responding to all correspondences (text, email, calls), possess unparalleled knowledge about the local real estate market, fully embrace all aspects of home selling "automation" so that setting up appointments with prospective buyers is worry-free and be a subject matter expert with regard to all aspects of the endless flow of documentation, approvals, signatures. A tall order I know, but my first test for Randal was call at 8AM on the Tuesday following Memorial Day Weekend. Randy picked up the phone immediately and vowed to return my call at noon and he proceeded to continue to execute on all of the items outlined above. Randal is a real estate professional that does what he says and when he says he will do it. It is refreshing to work with someone that will actually dot the "i's" and cross the "t's" without constant prodding. For the serious seller (or buyer), I strongly recommend that you at least give Randal a call to understand the value he can bring to the process. My experience with Randal was nothing short of excellent.
