We are recently retired and wanted our next chapter in life, to be living on a lake. Their knowledge of real estate in general and specifically to lake properties was amazing. This was important to us, being that we had never owned a lake property before. Randa and Wes asked questions to better understand what was important to us to help narrow down our search. We looked at many properties over the course of several seasons and Randa and Wes were very patient and understanding. When we found the property that we wanted, they were great with navigating the negotiation phase. The closing was done efficiently. We would recommend Randa and Wes to anyone interested in a positive realtor experience. I would like to share a story of our searches for lakefront property in the Brainerd area. Once, we drove up from Chaska, Minnesota only to find out the property had been sold on contingency. Randa and Wes were very apologetic and contacted the listing agent right away to set things straight. It turns out that there was some foundation issues, so the buyer backed out. Randa and Wes got to the bottom of the issue and came up with a solution to the situation. As you know, the drive from Chaska to Brainerd is almost three hours, so we were quite disappointed when told that the other realtor had not informed them of the other offer. I hope this review will help others that are looking for properties and want a sympathetic and knowledgeable realtor.
