He was able to guide us through each step of the process, taking time to clearly explain what the home buying purchase entails, how quickly (or not) timelines could move, provide market data and 'gut' check on fair market values, and support us in building a team who would work with us (lenders, lawyers, inspectors and contractors -- all excellent!) to win our home. He is extremely knowledgeable about the Beacon Hill and Cambridge markets, and he made our first home buying experience as painless as possible, particularly given these highly competitive markets. Ramsay was a great resource throughout the entire process and is very generous with his time -- indeed, he assisted us with things well outside of the scope of his realtor duties. We love our home and plan to stay here unless and until we outgrow it, but should that come to pass, we absolutely will work with Ramsay again on the sell- and buy-sides.
