Review I was working with another realtor had an offer in on a different house and the realtor would not express my terms to the homeowner I ended up getting rid of that realtor and ended up going with Ramona. Ramona?s team is amazing they worked with me to offer exactly what I wanted to offer on the house and I was able to get the house for considerably less because of Ramona team! Loved working with a team of Realitor instead of one other person that could not meet my schedule. Their was always some one available to show me a house no matter the time of day or night, so I did not miss out on the house that would just come onto the market.

Review Ramona has been our agent for eight years. First, helping us find our home back in 2008. We put her through an exhaustive search for just the right home, and she delivered. Then, when life had us leaving Colorado she worked hard in a floundering market and while we had offers, she knew us and our situation well enough to not let us settle. So, she quickly switched us over to renting - securing for us two STELLAR tenants who took great care of our home. Finally, when our latest tenant was ready to move on themselves, she went to work with her usual fervor and despite us having been out of state for several years, and not able to make it back to go over things with the house, managed to get things done. Despite many showings and multiple offers, the final sale of our home wasnt the easiest. Through it all Ramona remained the consummate professional, and stood up for us through the whole process - which had some tests to be sure. If you want a realtor who will listen to what you want/need, be honest with you when your desires grossly exceed your capability, yet will still work with you and FOR you every step of the way with selling your existing home, or get you into a house that you will be happy to home, then Ramona is who you want in your corner. My wife and I just love Ramona, and she will be our first choice realtor is we ever move back to Colorado.

Review From the moment before the listing, listing and closing she did not do any work to advertise, taking pictures, open house etc..... On her recommendation almost lost upto$20/sqft on my property. She was unable to negotiate during the offer period by making the seller to perform extra things and purchasing items for the buyer without raising the price or cutting on closing costs. She is very friendly person but I will not but her on my team ever again to sell or purchase property or business. I need somebody who is strong in negotiation and able to use technology, marketing to bring the right qualified individuals.

She always responded promptly to our inquiries, and knowledgeable about all the markets. She was also so expert at explaining and guiding us through the craziness of the post-2008 loan process. The banking industry has changed a great deal in the past few years, but Ramona was aware of all these changes, and her knowledge helped us tremendously. I was impressed by her commitment to us. She always communicated with us: we never felt like we were waiting on her to get back with us. My husband and I cannot recommend her highly enough. We still talk about what a great job she did 3 months after closing!
