To say that Ramona went above and beyond the call of duty would be an understatement. For months, Ramona spent countless hours searching for homes that we would be interested in. We communicated by phone/email/text. When we traveled to TN to look at houses, Ramona had everything scheduled, showing homes to my husband and me until we finally and found aEURoethe perfect homeaEUR? in Rogersville, TN. She never made us feel as though we were taking up time that could be better spent elsewhere or that we needed to hurry the process. Review Ramona reached out to us while I was searching Zillow in Chicago. Wendy likes the outdoors and hikes all over the US. I don't. I wanted a place where I could have a sculpture studio and she could have local access to hiking, gardening and pursuing her career as a painter of nature and inner life experiences. That was not to be had easily in Chicago. IAnyway she found us and through her we set up about 6 properties to look at in early March. Time and a motel later we were following Ramona around thr Elisbeth town area. We looked and nothing clicked. We thought we were doomed to start over later. We still had a night left in the motel and began looking through the stack of listing books we had. We both dogeared the same page. "Lets call Ramona and look at it tomorrow" It was late but we called anyway. She set it up for 10 AM and folled her for about 45 Miinutes. We got in and looked around and looked at each other and Click, BINGO. Let's put in a bid. A month later we are turning the keys. Work to do but it is coming along. Thanks Ramona. Work with her again? Yes.

Review I recently had my first experience with Ramona Morrison as my realtor. I can honestly say she was the best realtor I've worked with. My wife and I bought and sold a few homes these past years and not have had the best of luck with realitors having our best interest on mind. That changed with Ramona. She goes the distance with her clients I assure you. She crawled into a crawl space full of spiders and bugs under a house to check out the home in detail. We respected that so much. She continually went above and beyond an average level of service to give us invaluable help in all stages of our real estate search and purchase. Since we were living in another state, eleven or more hours from the areas we were searching, and had work and other obligations preventing us from coming to Tennessee frequently or for long stays, Ramona kept us up to date on available properties matching our somewhat demanding criteria. When we were able to go out and look at properties, Ramona proved willing and able to access some very out-of-the-way places! After a long day of traveling hither and yon to view properties on unlabeled roads and with dubious addresses, driving and sometimes walking up some pretty rough driveways, and missing meals, Ramona was still polite, cheerful, and helpful! Her dealings with other agents were always cordial and successful. When we were ready to place an offer on a property, Ramona helped us navigate those procedures, and when it came time to deal with things like house inspections, Ramona helped us with recommendations of useful resources. When it was time to close on the property, Ramona made sure we had all the information we needed in plenty of time, and was with us at the closing to make sure our interests were represented. Throughout the experience, Ramona kept in close and frequent contact with us via e-mail, text, and phone, and we never lacked for necessary documentation. Her experience made the entire process uncomplicated and pleasant for us. We are very thankful we had Ramona in our corner, and I cannot recommend her more highly!
