After a failed attempt to get help from a big name realtor in the area, we called Ramon. We first met up for an informational meeting 01/21/23, and by 03/14/23 we are home owners. Ramon and his son Matthew were always prepared and ready to go the extra mile for us. Ramon negotiated a great deal for us on a very competitive home and was even able to get us more money off as the escrow process continued. Ramon knows the process and was always three steps ahead of us but always kept us informed and involved in the decision making process. This buyer canceled escrow four days(!) before the projected close date. While we were despairing, Ramon quietly and amazingly pulled a rabbit from his hat in order to regain the buyer and close the sale within a week.I'm not sure most any Realtor could have, or would have, negotiated a deal as skillfully as Ramon did. ZillowVERIFIED I became an executor of an estate in Cerritos CA. I live in Oregon and have no real experience handling this type of sale. Ramon came recommended to me by a family member who is also in real estate but not the Cerritos market. Her words " Ramon is your guy" so we set up a time for him to meet us at the house. He was prompt and observed all the COVID requirements at the time. He came with a bound book showing several comps in the area and told me what he would do in order to sell this house. It was a time capsule built in 1972. He suggested some upgrades and recommended a contractor. 1 month later the house went on the market on a Friday. Monday we had 5 offers all well over asking price. Less than 30 days after the offer was accepted we closed. I cannot believe how smooth this entire process went. Ramon's wife Sandy is a gem to deal with and the escrow team were totally awesome as well. His entire team made this whole process painless for me. I cannot speak highly enough about them from start to finish If you're looking for an agent who will deliver on everything he promises Ramon and his team are the ones to do business with. Our first interaction was via zoom during which time he explained the process at a high level and answered our initial questions. As new time home buyers, we were nervous about the process especially on todays market.
