ZillowVERIFIED We have sold 2 houses through Ramon. First house was in 2016 and was an FHA, 1st time home buyer loan. Ramon told us up front what needed to be done to sell the house, for example, painting, some repairs, curb appeal work. All that work was done, and Ramon listed the house on a Monday and we had a full price offer on Wednesday, of the same week. We accepted the offer and the closing went very smoothly. The second house was in 2018, and it involved our renters who secured a VA loan. This closing took a little longer, but Ramon and his staff kept us informed all the way. They also worked with the VA lender to provide the documentation they needed. Ramon and his staff and very proficient and will do whatever is necessary to assist other agencies, in order to close a sale. We are very satisfied with our experience. If you are looking for an agent, Ramon and his staff are the people to talk to whether you are buying or selling.

ZillowVERIFIED I would give negative stars if possible. Complete dishonesty. Watch out for this guy. He agreed to represent both me and the seller. We had a verbal agreement that I would go to him direct in order to save the seller half the commission because I did not have representation. I made 2 offers far over comp value of the home. During this procedure this agent made several dishonest statements about the property with the apparent purpose of deceiving me to convince me to offer more than the property was worth. He stated that the seller spent 50k in upgrades plus a fence which cost another 60k. So I asked him to send me the original link showing photos when the owner bought the house just a year prior. It took a long time to get the link. He kept claiming he sent it but I did not receive it. After about 15 hours of this game he finally sent me the link which showed no improvements at all whatsoever. AND the 60k fence had not been installed by the seller, it was already there when she bought it. Furthermore when the last offer was made which was way too high he tried to get me up again by saying that my $600,000 offer was declined by the seller. Well that offer was really for 618k because it was understood that the seller would not have to pay the extra 3% which amounted to 18k. I asked him why he referred to it as 600k and he made a comment that he was not happy that I was dictating how much he would make in commissions. So clearly he was trying to capture the whole 6% when it was agreed that he would only charge the seller 3% because there was no other agent involved. It was our agreement from day one that the seller would only be charged half to facilitate the deal. For him to change the deal about the commission after agreeing to it shows what kind of integrity he has. I guess he thinks he should get 3 percent extra for representing a buyer after he is blatantly dishonest to the buyer he is getting a commission from? In my opinion, Ramon is a greedy, dishonest man and I caution anyone that does business with him. I would not buy anything from him without a lawyer involved. I doubt he actually told his seller about any of my offers. The comps he sent over clearly indicated that the property was only worth 515k and he kept trying to work me up in price with completely false information. Shame on you Ramon.

There were a lot of changes that came into play and factors that we dealt with during the search for the right home and location. He stayed diligent and we looked at a ton of homes in all areas of Albuquerque. When we found one the right one, in the right area for the right price, Ramon was able to get an offer in asap and before I knew it we were in closing. It was a long journey but I'm so appreciative of Ramon's time and efforts in finding the right home.
