We had a hard deadline for selling a residential home that was 76 years old and had not been maintained properly by my elderly parents. The house would be sold aEUR~as is since it would take too long and cost too much (in the 6 figures) to fix. During our initial meeting, Ramez outlined a pricing and marketing strategy tailored to our situation. He was very professional and exactly the realtor we were hoping for. Ramez communicated clearly, was immediately responsive and completely focused on helping us meet our goals. He shepherded us through all aspects of selling the home, ensuring every detail was handled promptly and appropriately. He drove all the way out to Morgan Hill multiple times to make sure the home was being taken care of during its remodel process as well as helped me figure out the logistics of selling it. Ramez also kept me informed during all stages of selling the home and made sure I knew exactly what was going on. One thing that stood out for me was when a windstorm happened on 2/21/2023, a huge branch fell onto the side of the house; Ramez went above and beyond and drove out to Morgan Hill in the middle of the night, found a gardener for the next day and made sure the huge branch was removed in a timely manner in accordance with what the buyer asked for. During the process of selling the house, he recommended a remodel and it was extremely successful. He worked hand in hand with the contractor and kept me informed on this process and made it extremely easy to deal with. ZillowVERIFIED If you want an agent that will go above and beyond for you in your house searching journey, I would 100 percent recommend Ramez. My (now) wife and I originally went through the gambit of agents, from people with 20+ years of exp, fancy tech angles, and even contracted agents. A lot of it was the same. We saw tons of beautiful houses, but would always miss out by 5 or 10k. It was exhausting (Only putting 5% down wasn't helping either). Before working with Ramez were ready to give up on house hunting as we got closer to our wedding. We were even talking about staying in my 1 bedroom apartment for a year so we can save up for a larger down payment. Ramez kept finding us homes on and off the market, even working multiple times to negotiate offers. The last house we saw was off market, and we both loved it. We scored a great deal, (as good of a deal as you were going to get in this market) had to negotiate a couple times, and eventually got our house. We signed our thousand pages contract binding our soul for 30 years, two nights before our wedding. If you have an agent that works for you, great, if you are looking for one, I highly recommend Ramez.

For us, it was Ramez Tabri. Ramez is a very pleasant person, and he understood our requirements, deal breakers and non-negotiables. He was even forthright, in correcting us if we were wrong. He listed all the stuff in a manner which made the peak look like the next door alley. He would always respond to our queries, either by phone or text, however silly it might sound. He has a vast gamut of knowledge on Foster City/ San Mateo real estate. The houses that he showed us, he ensured were sanitized and we had all required authorizations prior appointments. It ensured that we didn't have to wait for house-viewing. He showed us all the properties, which met our requirements, and ensured we understood every detail of the property. Namely, the property age, inspection report, if there were any discrepancies, etc. Finally once we decided on the house, he went above and beyond and ensured that we got the house. Every document that he sent us, was reviewed with us so that we understand what we are signing on. These things might sound trivial, but they can easily turn out to be pit-falls in the house hunting escapade. He even recommended a very good lender and we got the best interest rates. Without his help, I don't suppose we would have closed the house. Finally, thanks to Ramez, we bought our house a few weeks ago.
