I would advise the buyer that with any other major decision, "knowledge is power". I like to sit with my clients when I first meet them to make sure they understand the process, the local market, etc. I give them as much information as I can and answer all their questions and address any concerns they may have.
I treat each home sale as if it were my own personal one. I would go over the whole process with them at the beginning, so they know what to expect. I would share all information with them on local market trends and their home's comps (compatibles used to come up with pricing), we would discuss a strategies and together come up with the price. I also like to go through the home with them and share my expert advise on changes that are usually very quick and easy and can help them sell their home faster.
I work with all clients. From first time home buyers to very experienced investors. There is no sale too large or too small for me. I treat all of my clients with the same high level of dedication, expertise and respect they deserve.
Very recently I had a client find me through on-line reviews. She lives in a two story home and due to health issues, can no longer go up the stairs. She had recently been turned down for a mortgage. I was able to connect her with an excellent Loan Officer that was able to approve her for a home loan, listed her home, we just accepted an offer above her listed price and put an offer on a beautiful one-story home that will better accommodate her needs.
I have always loved real estate. I did some investing and followed the market as a hobby. After serving the US Military for 20 years, I moved to Las Vegas. I quickly fell into the Surveillance and Security industry. I started in a graveyard beginner's position and worked my way up to Vice President of Surveillance and Security for multiple casinos. Several years ago I decided to leave my position to pursue my passion and work in real estate. My wife is also licensed and is my business partner. I love what I do and now cannot imagine working in any other business.
