Review I was so fortunate that Redfin picked Ralph and Holli Pearson to show me that first property. Little did I realize that I was getting the number one Realtor in Murfreesboro! Although I never met Holli, she was behind the scenes helping with listing and contracts to keep everything running smoothly. Ralph showed me multiple homes, and processed contracts for 5 different homes before I found the home of my dreams. He never got tired of showing me another home when I found a listing that interested me. He negotiated every one of those five offers to get me the best deal. When the home I selected needed renovations, he helped me get quotes to help determine what I should offer for the home. In the meantime, he listed my current home, had the most amazing photo taken to best show off my property. Within two weeks, I had a firm cash offer for my home that also allowed me to stay an extra week to complete the renovations. We reached out over a year before we moved to Murfreesboro and they pleasantly met with us and stayed available and responsive to our inquiries as we began our transition to move. Review It has become a family affair! Ralph and Hollie are the realtors our family (three of us so far) have used to relocated from California to Nashville. They assisted us in finding the city that we wanted to relocate to. It was not an easy task as we were not sure where we wanted to relocate to or if we wanted a new build or previously owned. Since we could not be there, Ralph and Hollie took the time to physically investigate the neighborhood, find a dock nearby etc. They we able to get $25,000 off the asking price, furniture included and $15,000 in closing costs. They have rolled with the curveballs and been quick to respond. Thier service does not stop at close of escrow, they have referred us to various services since we did not know many companies upon arrival. We can't thank you enough, we are enjoying our new home in a great neighborhood and a view of the lake. We will definitely be using them for the next relative that moves to Nashville!!!
